ORGANIZATION
Before a sale, we bring in an experienced team to organize, clean and prepare items for their best chance to sell. We will create a beautiful, comprehensive display of all items to be sold. If, during our staging process, we find items that appear to be sentimental or potentially valuable that weren’t previously mentioned, we will consult with you and get your permission before the sale to sell those items. All available tables, shelves and storage areas will be utilized and additional tables will be provided for display purposes.
PRICING​
Prices will be marked within industry standard. We will appraise all sale items and may use outside expertise for unique items. We love to know the story or history of an item if the client has knowledge of it. All materials for pricing will be provided.
ADVERTISING
We will advertise on Estate Sale Websites that apply to the area where the sale will be held. We advertise on our website as well as including descriptions and photos of items at the sale. Attractive directional signs at and around the neighborhood of the sale site. Social media will be updated with your sale and pictures also. Our mailing list of potential buyers will be contacted for specific items. Please feel free to join our list for specific searches and items. We will be happy to notify you if those items pop up at one of our sales!
SECURITY
Security is a priority for items before they move on to their new owners as well as keeping the property safe. Exact location of a sale is not disclosed until early morning day of. We will take reasonable steps to guard against theft or damage of the sale items. Smaller items and items of great value will be kept in locked showcases for display.
PAYMENT
The client will receive payment within 14 days of the conclusion of the sale. Eagle Estate Sale offers several forms of payment that will be tailored to the client and the individual sales.
UNSOLD ITEMS
Our goal is to sell all items and to get the most we can to help you move into the future with as much profit as possible. Should there be items at the end of the sale, we will proceed with the agreement made in our contract. We can offer moving services and names of charities that can be helpful. If time allows, this can be arranged by us as an additional service.
